Passionate Professional Chef with 32 years of experience in handling and preparing food. Specializing in Mexican cuisine and from around the word. Touring various countries and states of the republic to create new recipes.
My interest in cooking begins, working in different places where I begin to fall in love with the profession of cook.
Started working at Grupo Orraca in 1998 and acquired experience in numerous cities and restaurants like “Drago” in LA, Vino E Cucina in Toluca, Mex, and Puebla, Mex. Traveling to Veracruz, Mex to work as executive Chef of “La Mera Madre” by Villa Rica. Developing the Food menu and taking charge of the kitchen management at “XamanEk” in Madrid.
And joining back Grupo Orraca in 2008 where he developed numerous concepts as Executive Chef and partner of the restauranteur Group such as Hacienda San Martín, Las Verdes Matas, NorteSur, Salsita Pal Taco, Taller D Tacos and 4 different locations of Fonda Yecapixtla.
